That is the way manuals were done back then. The reproduction of this manual was given to me by a friend. It is so poor, fragmented and incomplete that we have tried to reproduce it by typing the information into the computer. I will include a scan of the reproduction that I received and our typed reproduction of it so at least the information in it is legible. Please be aware that there are substantial parts of the pages from the original missing so this is the best that we can provide from it and that we have added to it through our personal knowledge of the machines and the vintage Singer manuals. There are still quite a few parts of the information missing.
